Who are you?

Made in Watford is the creative brainchild of Sean Tidy and Graeme Collette. Friends for over 30 years, the duo conceived the idea the way the best ideas are conceived - over a pint in the local. Graphic Designer and Art Director Sean had been kicking around some creatives that would pay homage to the town in which they both grew up in; Graeme, with a background in media and advertising added some sprinkles on top and Made in Watford was born.

From the outset they had the clear vision that the creative inspiration would be taken from all aspects of what it meant and means to grow up and live around Watford. The pair have plenty to draw upon from over the years. From watching films in the fleapit Canon cinema, to waiting in The Artichoke for the bouncers to change at Kudos (to sneak in underage). From going to punk gigs in rugby clubs, to celebrating in the pond. From buying garage records in Freedom, to walks in the park with the Lion King Tree.

There are so many things that have been made in Watford that inspired us to create 'Made in Watford', and the inspiration keeps flowing. Watch this space because there’s plenty more to come ...

How long do deliveries take?

T-shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts are printed and shipped direct from the distributors and can take 7-10 days in the UK from date of purchase. For international deliveries please allow 21-28 days depending on location. We do not hold stock of these in Watford.

What charity do you donate to?

10% of the profit from every t-shirt sold will be donated to Watford Food Bank - www.watfordfoodbank.co.uk

Tell us about the T-shirts you print on.

We print on 100% Organic Ring-Spun Combed Premium Cotton. They are slim fit, super soft and fit nice. If you like to wear loose, go a size up. See sizing guide below:

We would always recommend you wash and iron inside out.

The t-shirts we use are GOTS certified = Global Organic Textile Standard. And part of the FairWear Foundation - an international organisation that aims to improve workers’ conditions in the textile industry. They are also Vegan friendly.

How do I return something?

We can only accept if the product FAULTY. Please check sizing correctly before purchasing. If you do have an issue with your purchase please contact us here and we will happily sort it out for you.
